Fares
- The ride giver sets the price per seat, as a share of the journey's costs. It's shown on every ride before you book, and the app allows ₹10 to ₹10,000 per seat.
- Your fare is the price per seat times the seats you book.
- Prices are in Indian rupees (₹).
The ₹10 commitment
When you book, ₹10 is held from your wallet. It counts towards your fare, so you never pay extra. The rest of the fare is paid once the ride giver starts the ride. Ride givers commit ₹10 too, and get it back when the ride is completed.
| Example: one seat at ₹160 | Amount |
|---|---|
| Commitment paid at booking | ₹10 |
| Paid when the ride starts | ₹150 |
| Booking fee | ₹0 |
| Total you pay | ₹160 |
If you cancel late or don't turn up, you lose only the ₹10. Our Cancellation & refund policy has the details.
How you pay
You add money to your RushGo wallet with UPI, a card or netbanking through Razorpay, from ₹10 to ₹10,000 at a time. Commitments and fares are paid from the wallet.
