How our services are delivered

• Bookings are confirmed in the app as soon as your ₹10 commitment is held.
• Rides take place on the date and at the time the ride giver published, between the pickup and destination shown in the app.
• Money you add to your wallet usually appears immediately after a successful payment.

If something goes wrong

If money you paid doesn't appear in your wallet, or a ride didn't happen as agreed, see our Cancellation & refund policy or contact us.
