How we use it

  • To send you updates about your rides and bookings in the app.
  • To keep RushGo safe: preventing fraud, fake accounts and abuse, and investigating reports.
  • To answer your questions and complaints.

Who can see your data

Other members

  • Members looking for rides see the ride giver's name, initials, rating, verified badge and number of rides given, and the ride's route, times, price, vehicle and registration number, so passengers can find the right car or bike.

  • Chat messages are seen by the two people on the booking.
  • Your phone number is never shown to other members.
